Active Senior Life - Body and Voice is a course where we dive into the joys of choral singing and experience the magic when many voices merge together. At the same time, we will explore the world of the body and rhythms with Finn Bygballe - one of Denmark's most recognized movement educators.

This course offers a wide range of new experiences and not least time for reflection and to enjoy life in beautiful natural surroundings with delicious food. With our framework and experienced teachers, we aim for a life-affirming and reflective experience with movement and singing together with other seniors.

All singers, with and without experience, are welcome - there will be challenges for everyone. We will rehearse different choral movements, work with intonation, groove and musical phrasing - with and without sheet music. We look forward to sharing our excitement for singing with you!
