Do you experience challenges with not having enough air for your phrases, or does your voices get worn out during concerts?
Do you have difficulty blending together or does your pitch get worse in specific songs?
Then this workshop is for you! We start from the foundation of the voice: the body - that is the singer's instrument, so it is important that we create good conditions and learn to master it.
Based on your challenges and wishes, I tailor the workshop. All exercises and tools are linked to songs from your repertoire, so you can experience how a healthy singer-body positively affects your voice and performance. You will receive tips and tricks to take into your further work.

How do I work?
The exercises are based on the Anne Rosing Method, which strengthens the connection between your body and voice, and helps the voice become more free, agile and resonant. Through exercises we strengthen the body and make the voice more flexible. Then we delve into singing techniques, including 'attach'-training and breathing coordination.


If you want to connect your body and mind with your voice and take better care of yourself, this is a fantastic way to do so. Signe calmly and expertly guides you through meditation, relaxation and exercises that later make you completely ready to explore and play with your voice in a safe space. I have become more grounded in my voice and now know how to care for it going forward.
